Focus on what you control and don't waste your energy on what you can't

I know there has been a lot of stuff happening in the world like global events, challenges and uncertainties right now, and the more you think about is hurting your emotions, I think that could be the reason of why we're thinking negatively these days. Sometimes we get into wrong thoughts when things don't go our way that lead us to drift into ideas that we have no control over. I'm used to feel like that before but not anymore. I know what has been going made us lose sense our role in shaping our reality, our thoughts can be powerful that'll affect our emotions and lead to negative thoughts and emotions. You all need to understand that every one of us had good days and bad days, ups and downs, but that's life. I know that worrying about the future can make you feel scared. But There's a way that could help to get through it, instead of worrying about everything around you, you should worry about what matters to you and what's within your control.

This principle came from by Epictetus, a Roman and Stoic philosopher along with his book "The Art of Living" that can be powerful guide that give us practical wisdom and the challenges of everyday life and to face the inevitable losses and disappointments with grace and mortality, and this stoic philosophy will very help us of how to approach life despite everything that happens. It's not gonna be easy but i sure that it'll help us to decrease anxiety and stress after feeling overwhelmed by the events of the world, this stoic mindset can be a key to our peace, our wellbeing and more importantly picking our battles that we can win.

You should remember that are things in life you can't control like with world events, the future, and other people's thoughts and actions. But there are things that you can control like your peace, your attitude, your actions and efforts, and your words and thoughts.

If you do that, it will make your life way better when you have the ability of what you can control.. yourself.
